New Issue: Citigroup prices $4.18 million 0.25% notes linked to indexes, bond ETF

Tacoma, Wash., April 4 – Citigroup Inc. priced $4.18 million of 0.25% market-linked notes due April 5, 2021 linked a basket consisting of the iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond exchange-traded fund with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 25% weight and the S&P 500 index with a 25% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return. If the basket return is negative, the payout will be par.
