New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.53 million call warrants linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 15 – Morgan Stanley priced $2.53 million of call warrants expiring Jan. 14, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The price is $10,000 per warrant. The notional amount is $37,848.54 per warrant, which is equal to $10,000 divided by the warrant premium percentage, 26.4211%.

The warrants will be automatically exercised on the expiration date if the index’s final level is greater than the initial index level, and the cash settlement amount will be the notional amount multiplied by the index return. If the final level is less than or equal to the initial level, the warrants will expire worthless and the cash settlement amount will be zero.
