Citigroup plans 0% 7.5-year market-linked notes tied to three indexes

Chicago, Jan. 8 – Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Aug. 3, 2023 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Topix index, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 50%.

If the basket falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Jan. 29.

The Cusip number is 17323P363.
