Credit Suisse plans to price CS notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 24 – Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% CS notes due July 3, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 110% times any index gain, up to a return cap that is expected to be between 85% and 95%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 28 and settle on Dec. 31.

The Cusip number is 22546VRQ1.
