New Issue: Barclays prices $3.5 million leveraged notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Dec. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.5 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due June 2, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,371 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
