New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.96 million market-linked notes on index basket

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 10 – Morgan Stanley priced $3.96 million of 0% market-linked notes due May 5, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket comprised of the S&P 500 index, Euro Stoxx 50 index and Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
