JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 9 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 29, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.1 times any gain in the index. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 24 and settle on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 48128GCD0.
