JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx
New York, Sept. 1 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 30, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.275 times any gain in the index. The exact leverage will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par for losses of up to 15% and will be exposed to losses beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes are expected to price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 30.
The Cusip is 48125UW65.
The estimated initial value is $989.00 per $1,000 principal amount.
