New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.77 million dual directional contingent buffered notes on Euro Stoxx

Chicago, Aug. 11 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.77 million of 0% capped dual directional contingent buffered equity notes due Feb. 15, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 16%.
If the index falls by up to 16%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.
Otherwise, the payout will be par plus the return, with full exposure to any losses.
