JPMorgan plans contingent income autocallables linked to three indexes
By Susanna Moon
Chicago, July 9 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price contingent income autocallable securities due July 28, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Nikkei 225 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9.15% if each index closes at or above its 75% barrier level on the observation date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any determination date other than the final date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 55% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC will handle distribution.
The notes will price on July 24.
The Cusip number is 48127V108.
