Chicago, June 10 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5.8 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Sept. 10, 2018 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9.5% if each index closes at or above its barrier level, 75% of its initial level, on the observation date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any determination date other than the final determination date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 75% barrier level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.
