New Issue: UBS prices $14.09 million trigger performance notes on Euro Stoxx 50

New York, March 31 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $14,093,240 of 0% trigger performance securities due March 31, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 123.17% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls by more than 40%.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
