Deutsche Bank to price call warrants linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Madison, Wis., March 31 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price call warrants expiring April 5, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notional amount is $1,000 per warrant. The issue price will be $130.50 per warrant, or 13.05% of the notional amount. The minimum initial investment is $10,048.50, or 77 warrants.
The warrants will be automatically exercised on the expiration date. If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout will be $1,000 multiplied by the index return. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial level, the warrants will expire worthless and investors will lose their entire investments in the warrants.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
The warrants will price on April 2 and settle on April 8.
The Cusip number is 25190G515.
