New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.77 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Feb. 26 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.77 million of 0% digital notes due Aug. 31, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 26.75%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
