Wells Fargo plans enhanced return notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

New York, Nov. 21 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% enhanced return securities linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature 48 to 51 months after issue.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.95 to 2.11 times any gain in the index. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

Investors will share in any losses.

The notes (Cusip: 94986RVG3) will price and settle in November.
