Barclays plans to price digital plus notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., Sept. 8 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% digital plus notes due March 28, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the 48% to 51% digital percentage. The exact digital percentage will be set at pricing.
Investors will be fully exposed to losses.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 30.
The Cusip number is 06741UJQ8.
