Barclays Bank Delaware to price CDs due 2022 tied to Euro Stoxx 50

San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 9 – Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Jan. 28, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par any gain in the index. If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.

The CDs (Cusip: 06740AW54) are expected to price July 25 and settle July 31.
