JPMorgan plans to price notes due 2020 tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., June 13 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% notes due Sept. 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% to 115% of the index return, with a minimum payout of par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes are expected to price on June 26 and settle on June 30.

The Cusip number is 48127DMP0.
