Morgan Stanley plans to price trigger PLUS linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., June 13 – Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 167% of the index return. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level but is greater than the trigger level, 60% of the initial level, the payout will be par. If the final index level is less than or equal to the trigger level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final index level is less than the initial index level.

The notes will price in June and settle in July.
