New Issue: Barclays prices $17.08 million trigger performance securities linked to Euro Stoxx 50

San Luis Obispo, Calif., May 30 - Barclays Bank plc priced $17.08 million of 0% trigger performance securities due May 31, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 220% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls by more than 25%.
Barclays and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
