New Issue: Barclays prices $15.9 million buffered performance securities linked to Euro Stoxx 50

San Luis Obispo, Calif., May 30 - Barclays Bank plc priced $15.9 million of 0% buffered performance securities due May 31, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 147% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 25% buffer.
