New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.98 million trigger autocallables on Euro Stoxx

Madison, Wis., May 20 - Morgan Stanley priced $3.98 million of 0% trigger autocallable optimization securities due May 22, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index closes at or above the initial level on any quarterly observation date after one year, the notes will be called at par plus a call return of 8% per year.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above the trigger level, 70% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the index decline from the initial level.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with UBS Financial Services Inc. as dealer.
