JPMorgan plans capped CDs due 2021 linked to basket of three indexes

Madison, Wis., May 5 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% capped certificates of deposit due Nov. 30, 2021 linked to a basket of three equally weighted indexes, according to a term sheet.
The basket components are the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Nikkei 225 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is the distributor.
The CDs will price on May 27 and settle on May 30.
The Cusip number is 48125TND3.
