New Issue: JPMorgan prices $630,000 return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx 50

New York, April 16 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $630,000 of 0% return enhanced notes due April 19, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 190% of any gain in the index. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
