New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $20.09 million leveraged step-up notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., March 31 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $20.09 million of 0% leveraged market-linked step-up notes due March 31, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the step-up value, 116% of the initial level, then the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 141.05% of the index return.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level but less than the step-up value, then the payout will be par plus 16%.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level but greater than or equal to the threshold level, 95% of the initial level, then the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the threshold level.
