New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.3 million Buffered PLUS tied to indexes, fund

Madison, Wis., Feb. 20 - Morgan Stanley priced $2.3 million of 0% Buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 20, 2018 linked to a basket of three indexes and one exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Dow Jones Industrial Average with a 30% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
