New Issue: Goldman prices $2.44 million callable monthly range accrual notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., Sept. 25 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $2.44 million of callable monthly Euro Stoxx 50 index-linked range accrual notes due Sept. 26, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at an annualized rate of 8.5% for each day that the index closes at or above the 72.5% coupon barrier level. Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par if index finishes at or above the 50% trigger level.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
