New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.64 million capped knock-out notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 11 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.64 million of 0% capped index knock-out notes due Sept. 24, 2014 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A knock-out event occurs if the index's closing level is less than the initial index level by more than 20% on any day during the life of the notes.

If a knock-out event does not occur, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.1%. If a knock-out event does occur, investors will receive par plus the index return, with exposure to any decline and any gains capped at 10.1%.
