Credit Suisse plans four-year Bares linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Madison, Wis., Aug. 29 - Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Sept. 27, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed payment of 38% to 42%. The exact percentage will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes are expected to price Sept. 24 and settle Sept. 27.

The Cusip number is 22547QAH9.
