Credit Suisse plans return enhanced notes due 2014 tied to Euro Stoxx

Chicago, June 3 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due July 14, 2014 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum return of 29.5%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.

The notes will price on June 7 and settle on June 12.

The Cusip number is 22547Q3X2.
