New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.79 million contingent coupon notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., May 7 - Morgan Stanley priced $1.79 million of contingent coupon notes due May 6, 2033 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annualized rate of 6% if the index closes at or above the 70% barrier level on a monthly determination date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon.
