Barclays Bank Delaware plans CDs due 2020 linked to three indexes

Chicago, April 4 - Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price certificates of deposit due April 29, 2020 linked to a basket of equally weighted indexes, according to a term sheet.
The underlying indexes are the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the FTSE 100 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 100% to 120% of any basket gain, with a minimum return of 1.5%.
Barclays is the agent. Advisors Asset Management, Inc. is the distributor.
The CDs will price on April 24 and settle on April 30.
The Cusip number is 06740AYT0.
