New Issue: HSBC prices $2.5 million notes with averaging linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 26 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.5 million of 0% market-linked notes due June 28, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the average index closing level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 125% of the average index percent change. If the average index closing level is less than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par.

The average index closing level will be the average of the index's closing levels on April 23, 2021, May 24, 2021 and June 23, 2021.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.
