New Issue: Bank of America prices $13.17 million Stars linked to Euro Stoxx 50

New York, Dec. 27 - Bank of America priced $13,166,730 of 0% Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due Jan. 2, 2015 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index closes at or above its initial level on any observation date, the notes will be called at par of $10 plus an annualized call premium of 13%. The call dates are June 20, 2014, Sept. 19, 2014 and Dec. 24, 2014.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return with full exposure to losses.
