BNP Paribas to price certificate plus notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 6 - BNP Paribas plans to price 0% capped leveraged certificate plus notes due May 31, 2016 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a term sheet.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 25%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum return of 23% to 28%. The exact maximum return will be set at pricing.

If the index return is less than negative 25%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final index level is less than the initial level.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. is the agent. The fees will be up to 4%.

The notes are expected to price Nov. 26 and settle Nov. 29.

The Cusip number is 05574LS66.
