Barclays plans to price certificates of deposit linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 4 - Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Oct. 29, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum return of 60% to 65%. The exact maximum return will be set at pricing.

Barclays is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor. The fees are expected to be 4%.

The CDs will price Oct. 25 and settle Oct. 31.

The Cusip number is 06740AD71.
