Credit Suisse plans six-year Cert PLUS notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Aug. 12 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Cert PLUS securities due Aug. 31, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 170% to 190% of the gain.

If the index falls but never closes at or below 30% of its initial level during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par.

If the index falls and closes at or below 30% of its initial level during the life of the notes, the payout will be par plus the index return with exposure to losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Aug. 26 and settle on Aug. 31.

The Cusip is 22546TDG3.
