Credit Suisse plans Cert PLUS securities tied to Euro Stoxx 50 index

New York, March 9 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Cert PLUS securities due March 28, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain times a participation rate that is expected to be 145%. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the index finishes below the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par if the index never closes at or below the knock-in level, which is expected to be 30% of the initial level and will be set at pricing. Otherwise, the payout will be par plus the index return.

The notes (Cusip: 22546E2P8) are expected to price on March 23 and settle on March 28.
