New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.13 million PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EM, Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 27 - Morgan Stanley priced $6.13 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 28, 2011 linked to an equally weighted basket including the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any increase in the basket, subject to a maximum return of 10%. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the basket.
