Chicago, March 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $395,000 of 0% digital index-linked notes due March 6, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Investors will receive par plus 54% if the index finishes positive.
Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends above the 70% barrier level.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
