New Issue: JPMorgan prices $335,000 review notes linked to Stoxx, EAFE ETF
Chicago, Feb. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $335,000 of 0% review notes due May 23, 2028 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting May 28, 2024 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 9.35% per year if the worst performing asset closes above its initial value on the successive determination dates.
If the worst performing asset ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
