New Issue: Citigroup prices $14.94 million autocallable buffered notes on Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $14.94 million of 0% autocallable buffered notes due Aug. 18, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 10.1% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above the initial index level on either of three annual call dates.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above the 85% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 15%.
