New Issue: JPMorgan prices $600,000 of 7% autocallable yield notes tied to Nikkei, S&P, Stoxx

Buffalo, N.Y., July 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $600,000 of 7% autocallable yield notes due Aug. 6, 2024 linked to the worst performing of the Nikkei 225 index, the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will be payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par plus coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the first and final dates.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its trigger level, 60% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
