New Issue: UBS sells $5 million trigger autocallable notes linked to Stoxx, Russell

Chicago, July 24 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5 million of 0% trigger autocallable notes due July 19, 2028 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus 10.8% per annum if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

At maturity, if both indexes close above their initial levels, investors will receive par plus 54%.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below the 75% downside threshold, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index.
