Buffalo, N.Y., July 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.39 million of 0% digital equity notes due Sept. 13, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13.8%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
