New Issue: RBC prices $1.28 million barrier enhanced return notes linked to iShares ETF, Stoxx index

Buffalo, N.Y., June 1 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.28 million of 0% barrier enhanced return notes due May 26, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lesser-performing underlier return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 216.5% of the return of that underlier.
Investors will receive par if the lesser-performing underlier declines by 40% or less. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlier declines from initial level.
