New Issue: JPMorgan prices $964,000 uncapped digital barrier notes linked to Euro Stoxx, MSCI EM
New York, May 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $964,000 of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due June 4, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the worst performing index return and 92%. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes above its 70% barrier and investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
