New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $805,000 buffered PLUS linked to Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Chicago, May 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $805,000 of 0% buffered PLUS due June 23, 2027 linked to the worst performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 224% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
