New Issue: JPMorgan prices $266,000 review notes linked to Stoxx, EM index
Chicago, April 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $266,000 of 0% review notes due May 26, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting May 23, 2023 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 14.5% per year if the worst performing index closes above 100%, 97.5%, 95% and 92.5% of its initial value on the successive determination dates;
If the notes have not been called and the worst performing index ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
