New Issue: Barclays sells $1.06 million leveraged upside participation market-linked notes on Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, April 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.06 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and contingent downside due April 6, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain in the index, up to a 49% maximum gain.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will have full exposure to the index decline.
